Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person, one account. Do not share credentials or create accounts to evade a suspension.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you are under 16, ask a parent or guardian first.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Upload malware, backdoors, credential stealers, obfuscated loaders, or anything designed to compromise a server or its players.
• Upload material you do not hold the rights to distribute, including paid or escrowed resources republished without permission.
• Scrape the site in bulk, hammer the download endpoints, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
• Attempt to gain administrative access, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with the service for others.
• Post abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal content in requests or any other field.
• Misrepresent the origin or authorship of a resource.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without notice where the breach is serious.

Resources and licensing

Resources on FiveLeak are published by their respective authors and remain under whatever licence those authors chose. Listing a resource here does not transfer any rights to us or to you, and does not grant you a licence beyond what the author gave.

Check the licence inside each archive before you use it, particularly for anything commercial. Where a resource includes no licence, assume you have no permission to redistribute or resell it.

Everything published here is intended to be readable source. We do not knowingly host escrowed, obfuscated, or deliberately unreadable builds.

If you upload content, you confirm you have the right to distribute it and you grant FiveLeak a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and distribute it through this site. You can ask us to remove your uploads at any time.

Requests

The requests board is for asking the community to build or share something. Requests are public and attributed to your username. We may edit, merge, decline or remove requests to keep the board useful.

Do not use requests to solicit cracked, leaked, or escrow-bypassed copies of paid resources. Requests of that kind will be declined and repeated attempts will cost you your account.

Takedown notices

If you are a rights holder and believe something here infringes your copyright, contact us with:

• The exact URL of the resource in question.
• A description of the work you hold rights to, and evidence of ownership.
• Your contact details.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information you have given is accurate.

We review every notice we receive and remove infringing material promptly when the claim is substantiated. Repeat infringers lose upload access. Knowingly filing a false claim may make you liable for damages.

Availability

FiveLeak is offered on a best-effort basis. We do not promise any level of uptime, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Download links are time-limited by design and may need to be regenerated.

No warranty

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not audit uploaded resources line by line. Review and test anything you download in a safe environment before running it on a live server. You are responsible for what you install.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiveLeak and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of data, servers, revenue, or players, arising from your use of the site or anything downloaded from it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Where practical we will explain why, but we may act immediately for serious breaches such as uploading malware.

Resources you uploaded may remain published after your account is removed, so that servers depending on them keep working. Attribution is removed with the account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
